What will your duties be?

• Customer service, providing a friendly, professional, and personalized experience

• Managing rental bookings: organizing, processing, and following up on reservations

• Inventory control and management, ensuring stock availability and order

• Stocking and product replenishment in the store

• Typical store department tasks

• Gross salary range: According to the current Collective Bargaining Agreement

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

• Atención al cliente, brindando un servicio cercano, profesional y personalizado.

• Gestión de reservas de alquiler, organizando, tramitando y haciendo el seguimiento de estas.

• Control y gestión de inventario, asegurando la disponibilidad y el orden en el stock.

• Estocaje y reposición de productos en tienda.

• Tareas propias del departamento de tienda.

Key requirements:

• Knowledge of cycling

• Customer service experience

• Fluent level of English
