Responsibilities:

• Assembly and fine-tuning of rental and sales bicycles.

• Technical repairs and maintenance for customers.

• Quality control and preparation of bicycles according to Free Motion standards.

• Direct and professional customer service in the workshop, advising on services and products, resolving inquiries, and making recommendations.

• Management of parts, inventory, and workshop software.

What will your duties be?

• Assembly and fine-tuning of rental and sales bicycles.

• Technical repairs and maintenance for customers.

• Quality control and preparation of bicycles according to Free Motion standards.

• Direct and professional customer service in the workshop, advising on services and products, resolving questions, and offering recommendations.

• Management of parts, inventory, and workshop software.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic.

• Fluent English (minimum B1 level) – essential for communicating with our international clientele.

• Solid knowledge of SHIMANO and SRAM drivetrains.

• Experience or training with suspension and brakes: FOX, RockShox, HeadShok, Lefty, hydraulic discs.

• Proficiency with digital tools (workshop management systems, email, etc.).

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic.

• Fluent English (minimum B1 level) – essential for communicating with our international clientele.

• Solid knowledge of SHIMANO and SRAM drivetrains.

• Experience or training with suspension and brakes: FOX, RockShox, HeadShok, Lefty, hydraulic discs.

• Good command of digital tools (workshop management systems, email, etc.).

Desirable:

• Additional languages (German, French, etc.).

• Passion for both road and mountain cycling.

Salary:

• Gross salary range: According to the applicable ‘Convenio Colectivo’.

Queremos incorporar un/a mecánico/a con experiencia en bicicletas de gama media/alta, que comparta nuestra pasión por el ciclismo, el trabajo en equipo y el enfoque al cliente. Una filosofía centrada en el trabajo en equipo y la atención al detalle, capaz de adaptarse a diferentes situaciones y al trabajo bajo presión, con ética profesional.

• Atención directa y profesional al cliente en el taller, asesorando sobre servicios y productos, resolviendo dudas y ofreciendo recomendaciones.

• Gestión de piezas, stocks y software de taller.

• Buen manejo de herramientas digitales (sistemas de gestión de taller, correo, etc.).
