Back Office Administrative Assistant – Online Banking (German / Italian)

Your role in the team You will be a key player in managing digital operations (back office), responsible for:

• Receiving, resolving, and following up on tickets and user requests.
• Managing security processes, account blocking, and reconciliation.
• Fluid communication and resolution of inquiries via email.
• Processing day-to-day administrative operations for clients.

What are we looking for in you?

• Languages: Native German and excellent level of Spanish (Italian will be a big plus!).
• Education: University degree (Bachelor's Degree).
• Technical skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Your profile: An agile, proactive, detail-oriented person with great autonomy.

Do you have previous experience in banking administration? It will be highly valued!
