About the role

At GI BPO we are looking for an HR Administrative for an on-site client in the logistics-automotive sector, with a key role as liaison between operations, recruitment, labor relations, and health and safety.

You will be the support point for the team at the plant, ensuring that onboarding, time control, and administrative management of personnel are carried out in an organized, agile manner, with a focus on people.

What you'll do

Main duties

  • Monitoring and coordination of onboarding at the production plant (operational registrations, documentation, and basic welcome).
  • Reporting of hires, terminations, and personnel movements, acting as liaison with recruitment and the labor relations department.
  • Management, delivery, and control of PPE: registration, replenishment, and stock/delivery tracking.
  • Time control, absences, and incidents (vacations, permits, sick leave, justifications) and communication to the relevant contacts.
  • Worker support: resolving common queries, managing leave requests, and referring complex matters to HR/OSH.
  • Administrative support to shift managers and the project manager: documentation, presentations, supplier management, invoicing support, and administrative follow-up related to operations.

What we're looking for

Requirements

  • Experience of at least 1 year as an administrative professional in HR/personnel management environments, ideally in a plant (logistics, industry, automotive).
  • Driving license and own vehicle to access the workplace.
  • Good command of office tools (Excel/Outlook) and an orientation toward administrative tasks.

Nice to have

  • Higher education qualification (Administration, Executive Assistance, HR, or similar).
  • Previous experience in time control, PPE, and coordination with health and safety/labor relations.

Key Competencies

  • An organized and methodical person, capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
  • Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and escalate when necessary.
  • People-oriented with good interpersonal skills: you will be a point of reference for workers and managers.
  • Committed and eager to learn in a growing project.

What you'll get

What we offer

  • Stable project with permanent contract within a leading company in the sector.
  • A role with real impact on the day-to-day operations of the plant and direct contact with operations.
