VTC Driver (Male/Female) Madrid

Currently, from Gi Group we are looking for a VTC Driver (male/female) for Madrid, for an important company in the transport sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide passenger transport services in Madrid through the VTC platform, ensuring a safe and professional service.
• Maintain efficient driving, respecting traffic regulations and prioritizing safety.
• Provide proper customer service, taking care of the experience during the journey.
• Ensure the good condition of the vehicle and its basic cleanliness, reporting operational issues when necessary.
• Comply with the schedules, shifts, and procedures established.

Requirements

• Driving license with at least 8 points.
• License held for: at least 2 years.
• No previous experience required.
• Responsible profile, customer-oriented, and committed to road safety.

Terms and salary

• Initial 3-month contract + real possibility of moving to permanent staff.
• Salary: 32 hours/week: €1,350 gross/month
• 40 hours/week: €1,650 gross/month
• Plus bonuses up to €80 gross/month

Schedules, shifts, and days off

Full Time

• Monday to ThursdayVehicle available: 05:00–17:00 or 17:00–05:00
• Possibility of working 8 effective hours within that time frame.
• Friday to SundayShifts: 07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00
• Days off: Monday and Tuesday, or Wednesday and Thursday.

Part Time

• Monday to ThursdayWorking hours: 32 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday.
• Days off: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Actualmente, desde Gi Group nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Conductor/a VTC para Madrid, para una importante empresa del sector transporte.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar servicios de transporte de pasajeros en Madrid a través de plataforma VTC, garantizando un servicio seguro y profesional.
• Mantener una conducción eficiente, respetando la normativa de tráfico y priorizando la seguridad.
• Ofrecer una atención correcta al cliente, cuidando la experiencia durante el trayecto.
• Velar por el buen estado del vehículo y su limpieza básica, comunicando incidencias operativas cuando sea necesario.
• Cumplir con los horarios, turnos y procedimientos establecidos.

Requisitos

• Carné de conducir con mínimo 8 puntos.
• Antigüedad del carné: mínimo 2 años.
• No se requiere experiencia previa.
• Perfil responsable, orientado al cliente y comprometido con la seguridad vial.

Condiciones y salario

• Contrato inicial de 3 meses + posibilidad real de pase a plantilla.
• Salario:32 horas/semana: 1.350 € brutos/mes
• 40 horas/semana: 1.650 € brutos/mes
• Mas Pluses hasta 80 € bruto/mes
