Gi Group Outsourcing, an important Italian multinational dedicated to service outsourcing, is looking to hire shift managers for a major client in the automotive sector located in Sant Esteve de Sesrovires.

The main duties of the position will be:

- Management of the different operations of the assigned shift (receiving, replenishment, put-away, picking, and shipping). Approx. 20-30 people per shift.

- Staff planning based on daily volumes.

- Meeting production targets.

- Compliance with KPIs.

- Ensuring order and cleanliness of the warehouse and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

- Evaluation and training of assigned staff.

- Resolution of incidents during the shift.

- Reporting to the plant manager.

What we offer:

- Permanent full-time contract

- Salary: Between €29,500-31,000 gross annually in 12 payments, with vacation entitlement.

- Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night every 15 days / 3 weeks

Requirements:

Valid forklift license according to regulations.

2 to 3 years of experience as a shift supervisor, preferably in the automotive and/or logistics sector.

Availability for shift work

Good computer skills.

Gi Group Outsourcing importante multinacional italiana dedicada a la externalización de servicios busca incorporar jefes/as de turno para importante cliente del sector de la automoción situado en Sant Esteve de Sesrovires.

Las funciones principales del puesto serán:

- Gestión de las diferentes operativas del turno asignado (entradas, abastecimiento, ubicación, picking y expediciones). Aprox. 20-30 personas por turno.

- Planificar el personal según los volúmenes diarios.

- Cumplir con los objetivos de producción.

- Cumplimento con los KPIºS

- Asegurar el orden y limpieza de la nave y normativas de PRL.

- Evaluación y formación del personal asignado.

- Resolución de incidencias en el turno.

- Reporte al responsable de planta.

Se ofrece:

- Contrato indefinido a jornada completa

- Salario: Entre 29.500-31.000€ brutos anuales en 12 pagas con derecho a disfrute de vacaciones.

- Turnos rotativos: mañana tarde y noche cada 15 días / 3 semanas

Requisitos:

Disponer del carnet de carretillero vigente según normativa.

Experiencia de 2 a 3 años como responsable de turno, preferiblemente en sector automoción y/o Logística.

Disponibilidad horaria

Buen manejo informático.
