About the role

At Gi Group Outsourcing, we are opening a new process to bring on a Process and Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Technician for a service located in Zaragoza.

We are looking for someone with an analytical foundation and an operations mindset: a person who enjoys understanding how production/logistics work, measuring times, organizing information, and turning it into useful data for the client.

This is an ideal position if you come from an engineering/vocational training (FP) background and want to grow into continuous improvement, coordination, and management.

You will have real hands-on learning and direct client contact: we need a proactive and resourceful person who can keep up with day-to-day operations and provide clear, timely responses.

What you'll do

What will you do?

  • Maintain and update reporting and control dashboards in Excel and Power BI (more about maintenance and improvement than building from scratch).
  • Provide support with tools like low-code databases (simple; if you master Excel and Power BI, you will adapt quickly).
  • Carry out time studies / process timing, analyzing deviations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Execute already-defined continuous improvement / Lean actions: monitoring operations, tracking progress, and results.
  • Serve as back up for the Service Manager: supporting work organization, team coordination, incident management, and client communication.
  • In the medium term, once the role is consolidated, collaborate by providing support to other services in the area.
