About the company & team

Our history dates back to 1981, when Ricardo Leal, a young entrepreneur from Jerez de los Caballeros (Extremadura), decided to launch a business model that would revolutionize the economy of the province. Cristian Lay had just been born, the first Spanish direct sales company by catalog.

It was precisely the spirit of continuous improvement and the desire to excel that led Ricardo Leal to keep acquiring new companies from different industrial sectors.

As a result of this expansion, in 2014 CL Grupo Industrial was established. A 100% Spanish holding company that, far from slowing its growth, continues to expand relentlessly until consolidating the Group we are today: our companies are distributed throughout the national territory with a workforce of nearly 3,000 employees.
