About the role

Role Mission

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will be

  • You will be the first training point of contact for new hires.
  • You will ensure the proper execution of the onboarding and initial training plan (theoretical and practical on the plant floor).
  • You will keep the training profile and training traceability of personnel up to date.
  • You will monitor the progress of new hires during their first weeks.
  • You will participate, together with the manager, in the initial performance evaluation.
  • You will promote staff versatility through structured training actions.
  • You will act as a safety sponsor on the plant floor, promoting compliance with EHS and GMP standards.
  • You will manage the delivery and proper use of PPE.
  • You will participate in the investigation and follow-up of incidents and corrective actions.
  • You will conduct safety rounds on the plant floor, identifying risks and proposing improvements.
  • You will contribute to consolidating a culture of prevention and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Higher-level vocational training (CFGS) or a degree in areas such as Health Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in regulated industrial environments under GMP standards; experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or chemical sector is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of GMP and quality and safety environments on the plant floor.
  • 2 years of experience in training, development, or people development.
  • User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • You are a proactive, organized, detail-oriented person with a desire to grow in a biopharmaceutical environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP or training management systems is a plus.
