Production operator. Knowledge of AUTOCAD

From Crit Sabadell we are selecting for an important company in the textile sector a laser cutting operator. The selected person will be in charge of operating and controlling laser cutting machinery, ensuring the quality and precision of the final product.

• Design and preparation of technical drawings in AutoCAD 2D for the production of textile parts.
• Positioning and optimization of textile parts on the base material, minimizing waste and making optimal use of the fabric.
• Supervision and control of the laser cutting process, ensuring correct execution according to technical specifications.
• Creation and adaptation of textile patterns, considering the tolerances and margins necessary for subsequent assembly or manufacture.
• Collaboration with the production team to ensure the quality of the cut and the correct interpretation of the drawings.
• Review and modification of CAD files according to the requirements of each project or client.
• Basic maintenance and configuration of the laser cutting machine, including adjustments of power, speed and focus according to the type of material.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Education level: GCSE.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
• Availability to work on-site.

• Salary: according to merit, between 20,000 and 25,000 € gross per year.

• Current schedule: from 6:00 to 14:00, with availability to work the afternoon shift as needed, from 12:00 to 20:00.

Desde Crit Sabadell estamos seleccionando para importante empresa del sector textil un operario de corte laser. La persona seleccionada se encargará del manejo y control de maquinaria de corte láser, asegurando la calidad y precisión del producto final.

• Diseño y preparación de planos técnicos en AutoCAD 2D para la producción de piezas textiles.
• Posicionamiento y optimización de las piezas textiles sobre el material base, minimizando residuos y aprovechando óptimamente el tejido.
• Supervisión y control del proceso de corte con láser, asegurando la correcta ejecución según las especificaciones técnicas.
• Creación y adaptación de patrones textiles, considerando tolerancias y márgenes necesarios para el posterior montaje o confección.
• Colaboración con el equipo de producción para garantizar la calidad del corte y la correcta interpretación de los planos.
• Revisión y modificación de archivos CAD según requisitos de cada proyecto o cliente.
• Mantenimiento básico y configuración de la máquina de corte láser, incluyendo ajustes de potencia, velocidad y enfoque según el tipo de material.

Requisitos mínimos:

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en un puesto similar.
• Nivel de formación: GCSE.
• Conocimientos en AutoCAD 2D.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en modo presencial.

• Salario: según valía, entre 20.000 y 25.000 € brutos anuales.

• Horario actual: de 6:00 a 14:00 h, con disponibilidad para realizar turno de tarde bajo demanda, de 12:00 a 20:00 h.
