About the role

Would you like to join a consolidated industrial company with more than four decades of experience and an increasingly international focus? We are looking for someone who wants to develop their professional career in the Purchasing and Supply area, actively participating in the management of national and international suppliers and in the optimization of the supply chain.

The selected candidate will join a stable and strategic project, forming part of a technological evolution process in which the Golden and SAP ERP systems will temporarily coexist, participating in the adaptation and improvement of the associated procedures.

The most important thing about the position:

Beyond the administrative management of purchases, we are looking for someone capable of carrying out rigorous follow-up on each order, ensuring that materials arrive at the expected time and keeping all parties involved informed. Success in this position lies in anticipation, coordination between departments, and the ability to respond quickly to any issue that may affect supply.

What will your mission be?

  • Continuously monitor deliveries, anticipating potential delays or issues and proposing solutions.
  • Update and maintain information related to suppliers, items, rates, and commercial conditions in management systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure the correct supply of materials.
  • Manage documentation associated with purchases, receipts, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate in the continuous improvement of processes and in the transition between the Golden and SAP work environments.
  • Resolve operational issues related to orders, deliveries, or supply.

What we're looking for

  • Training in administration.
  • Previous experience in purchasing, supply, or logistics administration departments.
  • Knowledge of business management ERP systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Minimum English level B1 for regular contact with international suppliers.
