Are you a Thermal Installations Maintenance Technician? The company is located in the Alcobendas/ San Sebastián de los Reyes area (Madrid). The main duties of the position will be to guarantee the correct operation, maintenance, and efficiency of thermal installations (heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, DHW), ensuring compliance with current regulations and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Main duties:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of thermal installations:
  • HVAC systems
  • Boilers (gas, diesel, biomass)
  • Refrigeration equipment
  • Diagnosis and resolution of technical faults
  • Execution of installations and commissioning of thermal equipment
  • Control and adjustment of parameters to optimize energy efficiency
  • Compliance with the Thermal Installations Regulations in Buildings (RITE)
  • Preparation of work reports and maintenance records
  • Technical customer service (in case of outsourced service)
  • Coordination with other technical teams (electrical, construction, etc.)
