Junior Industrial SAT Technician

If you have just finished your Vocational Training in Electricity, Electronics, Automation, or Maintenance, and you don't see yourself stuck in a warehouse or an office all year round, this is your opportunity.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and technical curiosity to join our team in Alcobendas.

You don't need previous experience in the sector: we will train you from scratch so you can become an independent technician.

• Visits to industrial clients, taking part in installations, maintenance work, and equipment commissioning.
• Use of hand and power tools, electrical panels, measuring equipment, and technical documentation.
• Progressive learning: from assisting with assembly work to carrying out complete interventions on your own.
• Direct client interaction.

Training: Vocational Training in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Automation, Electromechanical Maintenance, or similar.

It will be valued: technical English, health and safety certificate, working at height training, ATEX, internships in industrial maintenance, electricity, electrical/mechanical assembly, installations, automotive, warehouses, or industrial facilities.

Essential:

• Driving license B.
• Real availability to travel from Monday to Friday and to stay overnight away from home (fieldwork nationwide).
• Positive attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.

• Base salary: €23,000 – €25,000 gross per year, depending on your profile and development.
• Per diems and travel expenses covered (a real extra on top of your monthly salary).
• Continuous technical training plan: you will learn sector-specific equipment and systems with our senior technicians.
• Clear career plan: your goal is to go from junior to autonomous technician in 18–24 months, with the possibility of specialization.

Buscamos a una persona con actitud, ganas de aprender y curiosidad técnica para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Alcobendas.

No necesitas experiencia previa en el sector: te formaremos desde cero para que te conviertas en un técnico autónomo.

• Visitas a clientes industriales, participando en instalaciones, mantenimientos y puestas en marcha de equipos.
• Manejo de herramientas manuales y eléctricas, cuadros eléctricos, equipos de medición y documentación técnica.
• Aprendizaje progresivo: desde ayudar en montaje, hasta realizar intervenciones completas bajo tu responsabilidad.
• Trato directo con el cliente.

Formación: FP en Electricidad, Electrónica, Automatización Industrial, Mantenimiento Electromecánico o similar.

Se valorará: inglés técnico, carné de PRL, formación en trabajos en altura, ATEX, prácticas en mantenimiento industrial, electricidad, montaje eléctrico/mecánico, instalaciones, automoción, talleres o almacenes industriales.

Imprescindible:

• Carnet de conducir B.
• Disponibilidad real para viajar de lunes a viernes y pernoctar fuera (trabajo de campo a nivel nacional).
• Actitud positiva, compromiso y ganas de aprender.

• Salario base: 23.000 € – 25.000 € brutos anuales, en función de tu perfil y evolución.
• Dietas y gastos de viaje cubiertos (un extra real sobre tu nómina mensual).
• Plan de formación técnica continuo: aprenderás equipos y sistemas específicos del sector con nuestros técnicos senior.
• Plan de carrera claro: tu objetivo es pasar de junior a técnico autónomo en 18-24 meses, con posibilidad de especialización.
• Incorporación a un equipo técnico especializado en un sector con altísima demanda y estabilidad laboral.
• Base operativa en Alcobendas, con excelente acceso a M-12 y A-1.
