Junior Administrative Technician

We are looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant for our offices located in Barcelona.

• Administrative tasks aimed mainly at suppliers in the construction area.
• Reviewing invoices and budgets for subsequent approval by those in charge.
• Preparing invoice approval orders for subsequent payment.
• Maintaining the invoice database.
• Managing incidents with suppliers.

• Training in Administration or related degrees.
• Minimum of 1 year working as an administrative assistant.
• Advanced office software skills (Office).
• English level will be valued.
• Experience in the hotel sector will be valued.

Buscamos un/una Administrativo/a Junior para nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Barcelona.

• Labores administrativas dirigidas fundamentalmente a proveedores del área de obras.
• Revisión de facturas y presupuestos para su posterior aprobación por parte de los responsables.
• Preparación de las órdenes de aprobación de las facturas para su posterior pago.
• Mantenimiento de la base de datos de las facturas.
• Gestión de incidencias con los proveedores.
