About the role

At Grupo Orenes, we are looking to hire a Guest Experience for our Hotel "Rincón de Pepe Affiliated by Meliá".

The main duties of the position are as follows:

- To be the brand spokesperson at the hotel, ensuring the optimal implementation of the attributes, standards, and manuals applied in the department, as well as overseeing their compliance in the rest of the areas and defining improvement plans when necessary.

- To oversee the guest experience, personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

- To implement the different guest experience management tools, as well as to monitor and analyze Voice of the Customer results, in addition to defining and implementing the digital experience for guests.
- To handle negotiations with external suppliers, following the established product guidelines.

- To define, develop, and implement the hotel's Sensory Architecture strategy, as well as the Experience and/or Event Program.
- To manage the hotel's seasonal opening and closing processes and to coordinate, implement, and analyze the pilots determined for the area.

What we're looking for

A university degree in Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is valued.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel sector is required. Experience in a Guest Experience department is essential.
Availability to work from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) and on holidays.
A B2/C1 level of English is essential. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
