At Grupo Orenes, we are looking to hire a Cook - Pastry Chef for our iconic Rincón de Pepe Restaurant, a benchmark in gastronomy and hospitality in the Region of Murcia.

• Prepare and present dishes following the restaurant's quality standards.

• Participate in advance preparations and collaborate during service and food service.

• Organize and manage the materials, products, and resources needed for the proper operation of the kitchen.

• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the work area.

• Collaborate in the creation, development, and improvement of dishes, menus, and culinary proposals.

• Full-time, rotating shifts:

  • From 05:00 to 13:00.

  • From 06:00 to 14:00

  • From 08:00 to 16:00 hours

• Demonstrable experience in cooking and/or pastry positions.

• Organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Focus on quality and attention to detail.

• Proactive attitude and passion for gastronomy.
