The role

At our Bingo de Cartagena, we are selecting a person to take on the role of Cook, with a temporary full-time contract and the possibility of permanence, whose main duties will be the following:

What you'll do

- Propose menus, bills of fare, dishes, and their design,

- Coordinate the work of the team of cooks in the absence of the Head Chef

- Supervise the presentation and temperature at which the dishes are served

- Always actively participate in kitchen duties, as another cook on the team

- Organize the material, product, and service whenever necessary

- Help with the monthly stock control, weekly orders, and analysis of product deviations

Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a cook.

- Experience in traditional Spanish cuisine, griddle, and fryer.

- Vocational training at intermediate level or similar.

- Residence in Cartagena.

- Availability to work from Monday to Sunday.
