About the role

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Cash Office Responsible, you are responsible for the administration of the cash office and the sales area in your store, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. You will train and support the store team to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence in all procedures related to cash handling, inventory, banking, and administration. Acting in line with our values, you will contribute to both your own success and that of the company.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for:

  • Improve store efficiency by ensuring best practice in cash handling, technical equipment management, and administrative procedures, while supporting store leadership and the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience when needed.
  • Manage account reconciliation, money handling routines, and cash register opening and closing procedures, analyzing discrepancies and collaborating with the management team for loss prevention and follow-up.
  • Oversee security routines in accordance with company guidelines, including conducting and supporting audits.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and the team on the sales floor.
  • Train and support the store team in cash register procedures, cash point routines, and store processes related to responsibilities, ensuring consistent adherence.
  • Representing a positive image of yourself and the brand during all customer interactions.
