Sales Advisor (20 Hours)

As a Sales Advisor, you are the friendly face that welcomes our customers and embody the heart of our brand. You will have the opportunity to provide high-level service in every interaction. From starting conversations to helping at the register, in the fitting rooms, and throughout the store, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, restocking, and presenting the latest garments on the sales floor.
Your role is essential to creating welcoming experiences that reflect the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you will guide our customers on their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service that inspires and motivates. Together with your team, you will create moments that matter.

While previous experience in customer service and knowledge of fabrics is valued, it is not required.

• Schedule availability: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Desirable but not required:

• Knowledge of store operations and customer service skills gained from previous retail experience.

• Confidence in offering advice on fashion trends, materials, sizes, etc.

• This is a part-time position with a PERMANENT contract of 20 hours per week, and includes weekends and shifts available between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Tus responsabilidades también incluirán procesar entregas, reponer stock y presentar las últimas prendas en el piso de ventas.

Aunque tener experiencia previa en atención al cliente y conocimientos sobre tejidos es valorado, no es obligatorio.

• Entusiasmo por la marca: Pasión real por nuestra marca y colección, y disfrutas compartir ese entusiasmo con los clientes. 

• Disponibilidad horaria: Disposición para trabajar en horarios variados, incluyendo noches y fines de semana. 

Deseable pero no obligatorio: 

• Conocimiento de operaciones en tienda y habilidades de atención al cliente adquiridas en experiencias previas en retail. 

• Seguridad al ofrecer asesoramiento sobre tendencias de moda, materiales, tallas, etc. 

• Este es un puesto de jornada parcial con un contrato PERMANENTE de 20 horas semanales,  e incluye fines de semana y turnos disponibles entre las 7.00 y las 21.30.
