We are looking for a Sales Associate in the BOSS Store Paseo de Borne, 1 (Mallorca).

In your role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products and brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success.

• Ofrecer un servicio de atención al cliente excelente, creando una base de clientes habituales y fieles.
• Responsable de la recopilación de datos en el CRM y de la gestión de la calidad.
• Contribuir a alcanzar los objetivos de la tienda y los KPI individuales.
• Apoyo en la gestión de transacciones, reclamaciones y devoluciones.
• Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop
• Apoyo en todas las operaciones de prevención de pérdidas y gestión de stock.
• Uso eficiente de los sistemas y las tecnologías más recientes del negocio.
• Impulsar el uso de todas las herramientas disponibles y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y las políticas.

• Previous experience as a Sales Associate in retail. (Luxury retail is a plus).
• English high level. C1 advantage.

• Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
• Contribute to achieve the location's performance targets and individual KPI's
• Support in transaction, complaint & return handling
• Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop
• Support in all operations for loss prevention and stock management
• Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
• Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed

• Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
