HUGO BOSS Iberia is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with experience in a similar role to join its head office based in Madrid.

As HRBP, you will be part of the company's Human Resources team and work in close collaboration with the Retail Department. You will act as the central link between Human Resources and the retail team; your main function will be to ensure alignment with the commercial strategy and provide support in achieving the company's KPIs.

What you'll do

  • Daily support and advisory for operational and support functions across the different points of sale.
  • Management of disciplinary procedures and follow-up of disputes within your scope, in collaboration with the Store Manager, Area Manager or relevant manager.
  • Participation in budget exercises in support of management.
  • Support in recruitment operations and staff changes in collaboration with Area Managers and the Recruitment team.
  • Creation of employee files and administrative follow-up for each employee, in collaboration with other HR departments.
  • Participation in monitoring HR-related dashboards (workforce tracking, social data, etc.).
  • Participation in the employee evaluation cycle.
  • Participation in the distribution of an HR newsletter and other internal communication channels.
  • Participation in the development of the employer brand.
  • Participation in and management of international and national HR projects, as well as store opening plans, onboarding/integration, work‑study programs, various studies and surveys, and ED&I initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar position as HRBP for 3-5 years.
  • Previous experience working in retail, cosmetics, jewelry, or other retail environments, with a solid understanding of the business (3-5 years). It is desirable to have worked as Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Area Manager or similar.
  • Knowledge of HR and studies related to Human Resources such as Labour Relations, HR, Business Administration, Law or similar.
  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits and labour relations.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, Business and People Organization or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, results‑oriented and collaborative profile.
  • Native Spanish.
  • Upper‑intermediate to advanced English level B2-C1.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site visits to the different HUGO BOSS locations in Spain.

How you'll work

Position details:

  • Permanent full-time contract.
  • 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
  • Position based in Madrid.
  • Possibility of working remotely 2 days per week.
