ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to incorporate an Industrial Engineer as a BIM Manager to participate in international Industrial Plant projects from our offices in Spain (Bilbao, Madrid).

The functions to be developed would be:

Responsible for the quality and structure of the BIM content for projects in the Technical area of industrial plants.
Create, update, and maintain the BEP and support procedures for projects in the Technical area of industrial plants.
Establish work standards in the different CDE (Common Data Environment), especially in ACC.
Develop and/or review and complete conceptual BEPs prepared by our Clients.
Develop QA/QC check procedures between disciplines: CSA (civil, structural and architectural), MEP (mechanical, electrical and piping), and I&C (instrumentation and control).
Establish information exchange procedures between the different BIM software used in industrial projects.
Coordination with the rest of the Project disciplines.
Implementation of automation tools with Dynamo to gain efficiency in project development.
After a period of adaptation to the company's dynamics, coordinate the BIM teams of the Industrial plants area across the geographical regions of Spain, Mexico, USA, and India.
Support the selection, onboarding, and training of BIM teams (managers, coordinators, and modelers) for industrial plant projects.
