Job position: Store Sales Associate (M/F/D)

 Responsibilities

Welcome, assist, and directly sell to customers who visit the store the products or services offered that best match demand, in accordance with the objectives set by the company. 

Duties (detailed breakdown)

Customer service: Greet customers entering the store, inform and advise them on everything that can be offered, and monitor and prevent potential theft.

Maintain order and cleanliness in the store, ensuring the proper organization of products.

Cash register operations and cash reconciliation: use of the POS (point of sale) terminal, receive money, check for counterfeit bills and verify that the money received is correct, as well as give change. Process credit card payments. Close out the cash register.

Manage email, receive documentation sent from Head Office, and verify the data sent.

Receive and stock merchandise: receive goods, verify that orders are correct and place them, label and price all items, and record and log delivery notes in the computer system.

Use the store's equipment properly.

 Responsabilidades

Acoger, atender y vender directamente a la clientela que se dirige a la tienda, los productos o servicios que se ofrecen y que más se ajusten a la demanda conforme a los objetivos marcados por la empresa. 

Funciones (desglosar con detalle)

Atención al cliente: Atender la entrada de clientes a la tienda,  informar y asesorar en todo lo que se les pueda ofrecer, vigilar y prevenir posibles robos.

Mantener el orden y la limpieza de la tienda, velando por la correcta organización de los productos.

Cobro y arqueo de caja: uso de TPV (terminal punto de venta) recibir el dinero, comprobar billetes falsos y que el dinero entregado es correcto, así como devolver el cambio. Cobro con tarjetas de crédito. Cierre de caja.

Gestión del correo electónico , recepción de la documentación enviada de Central y comprobación de datos enviados.

Recepcionar y colocar la mercancía: recibir la mercancía, comprobar que los pedidos sean correctos y colocarlos, etiquetar y poner los precios a todos los artículos, grabar y registrar informáticamente los albaranes.

Realizar un correcto uso de los equipos del establecimiento.

Retribución: 17.094€
