The role

We are looking for professionals to join the team of KYC (Know Your Customer) Specialists with native German proficiency with no experience required for the company we collaborate with American Express.

Your main objective will be to ensure that all our client information is up to date and meets compliance standards, guaranteeing high-quality and accurate service.

What you'll do

Merchant portfolio management: monitoring and maintaining an assigned portfolio of merchants/establishments.
Consultative relationship: acting as a point of contact for merchants, understanding their business, their needs, and proposing improvements or solutions.
Account analysis: reviewing sales data, operations, and transaction volume for each merchant, and preparing reports to identify opportunities (growth, retention, risk).
Strategic plan development for each merchant: defining, in collaboration with the client, actions to increase card acceptance, improve their performance, optimize costs, and increase transaction volume at the merchant.
Retention and growth: identifying merchants at risk of ending their collaboration and implementing strategies to retain them; also seeking new growth opportunities within the portfolio.

How you'll work

Contract: Initial 6-month contract, renewable, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Work model: Hybrid (in-person training, then a hybrid model).
Competitive salary according to sector.
