You will make a difference:

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and monitoring of both internal and external transport operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, current regulations, and quality and safety standards, contributing to operational continuity. Additionally, your functions will include the following:

- Design and keep routes and schedules updated.
- Coordinate with carriers and suppliers, creating relationships of trust and collaboration to ensure fluid and safe transport.
- Track shipments and deliveries, ensuring traceability and anticipating potential incidents.
- Control costs, times, and consumption, seeking a balance between operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Manage incidents and claims with empathy and rigor, placing the customer and the team at the center of every solution.
- Keep records and documentation up to date, guaranteeing transparency, control, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide support in audits and internal controls, contributing order, clarity, and a spirit of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with transport and road safety regulations, protecting the integrity of people and the preservation of goods.
- Foster fluid communication with all areas, acting with professionalism, traceability, and a service orientation.
- Meet delivery deadlines, minimizing incidents and optimizing available resources.
