What will make you shine day-to-day?

You will become a key piece in the socio-labor inclusion of people with disabilities, helping to overcome the obstacles these individuals face in the process of joining a job position. Your responsibilities will include:

- Detecting and determining the support needs of the person with a disability.
- Establishing relationships with the family and social environment.
- Managing the training actions of our Training Plan.
- Establishing individualized supports for the person with a disability, as well as promoting and enhancing their autonomy and independence.
- Facilitating the integration of new workers into the CEE.
- Assisting the worker with a disability in the process of incorporating into the ordinary market.
- Detecting and intervening in possible evolutionary deterioration processes.
