ILUNION VidaSénior - Sociocultural Activities Coordinator with/without disability (M/F/D) Las Acacias Day Center

We are looking to add a Sociocultural Activities Technician, full-time, to the team of our Manolito Taberné (Guadalajara) and Las Acacias (Azuqueca de Henares) Day Centers. 

FUNCTIONS:
-Develop specific sociocultural activities programs, taking part in the planning and development of the center's activities, gathering information and obtaining the necessary resources.
-Know, propose and implement cultural intervention processes, in both their management and educational aspects, establishing relationships between the cultural and educational spheres and social and economic processes.
-Develop and implement individual and group activities techniques that involve the occupation of users' free time, motivating them about the importance of their participation to achieve their integration and positive relationship with the environment.
-Carry out workshops and recreational-educational activities and collaborate in activities organized by the center.
-Promote the comprehensive development of users through recreational-educational action.

-Coordinate with the different professionals at the center to design and implement cultural intervention strategies.
-Participate in periodic meetings with the technical team, as well as with coordinators from other centers, if necessary.
-Participate in the preparation of the general activity plan and its budget.
-Coordinate work groups, activities and the sociocultural budget.
-Report to their immediate supervisor any incidents or anomalies observed in the performance of their duties.
-Perform other tasks related to the position and profession, in order to maintain good practices, good management and quality.

 REQUIREMENTS 
- Higher Level Vocational Training as a Senior Technician in Sociocultural Activities, accredited for the performance of the duties of the position.

 Buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Animación Sociocultural, a jornada completa al equipo de nuestros Centros de Día Manolito Taberné (Guadalajara) y Las Acacias (Azuqueca de Henares). 

FUNCIONES:
-Desarrollar programas específicos de animación sociocultural, participando en la planificación y desarrollo de la animación del centro, informándose y obteniendo los recursos necesarios.
-Conocer, proponer y hacer operativos los procesos de intervención cultural, en sus vertientes de gestión y educativa, estableciendo relaciones entre los ámbitos cultural y educativo con los procesos sociales y económicos.
-Desarrollo y ejecutar técnicas de animación, individuales y grupales, que impliquen la ocupación del tiempo libre de los usuarios, motivándoles ante la importancia de su participación para conseguir su integración y relación positiva con el entorno.
-Realizar talleres y actividades lúdico-educativas y colaborar en actividades organizadas por el centro.
-Fomentar el desarrollo integral de los usuarios, mediante la acción lúdico-educativa.

-Coordinarse con los diferentes profesionales del centro para diseñar e implementar estrategias de intervención cultural.
-Participar en reuniones periódicas con el equipo técnico, así como con animadores de otros centros, si fuera necesario.
-Participar en la realización del plan general de actividades y en su presupuesto.
-Coordinar grupos de trabajo, actividades y presupuesto de animación sociocultural.
-Comunicar a su inmediato/a superior las incidencias o anomalías observadas en el desarrollo de sus funciones.
-Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el puesto y la profesión, con el fin de mantener las buenas prácticas, la buena gestión y la calidad.

 REQUISITOS 
- FP de Grado Superior de Técnico Superior en Animación Sociocultural homologado para el ejercicio de las funciones del puesto.

 TAMBIÉN VALORAREMOS

- Certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%
