From IMAN, we offer you the opportunity to join a tavern known since 1986 in the Vilassar de Mar area, to work as a Waiter/Waitress. The selected person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant experience during service.

• Receive and attend to customers, ensuring a warm and professional experience by following established procedures.
• Prepare and serve orders at the bar and in the dining area (coffee, beverages, and cold food setup).
• Resolve basic customer issues during service and escalate those that require supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene in customer-facing areas, work areas, utensils, and machinery.
• Collaborate actively with the dining room and kitchen teams to ensure proper service coordination.

• Minimum experience of 6 months as a waiter/waitress in dining room and bar settings within the restaurant industry.
• Training in Hospitality and Restaurant Management (valuable).
• Own vehicle.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts.
• Customer orientation, ability to work in a team, and a proactive attitude.

We offer:

• Temporary contract through an employment agency (ETT) with the real possibility of joining the company permanently.
• Work shifts of 30 and 40 hours per week.
• Salary of €11.90 gross per hour.
• Different shift options depending on service needs.
• Possibility of extended hours during the summer season.

Desde IMAN, te ofrecemos la oportunidad de unirte a una taberna conocida desde el 1986 por la zona de Vilassar de Mar, para trabajar como Camarero/a de Sala. La persona seleccionada será responsable de ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente y garantizar una experiencia agradable durante el servicio.

• Recibir y atender a los clientes, garantizando una experiencia cercana y profesional siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
• Preparar y servir pedidos en barra y sala (cafetería, bebidas y montaje de servicios fríos de barra).
• Resolver incidencias básicas de clientes durante el servicio y trasladar aquellas que requieran supervisión.
• Mantener la limpieza, el orden y la higiene de las zonas de atención al público, áreas de trabajo, utensilios y maquinaria.
• Colaborar activamente con los equipos de sala y cocina para asegurar la correcta coordinación del servicio.

• Experiencia mínima de 6 meses como camarero/a de sala y barra en entornos de restauración.
• Formación en Hostelería y Restauración (valorable).
• Vehículo propio.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y festivos.
• Disponibilidad para realizar turnos de mañana y tarde.
• Orientación al cliente, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y actitud proactiva.

Se ofrece:

• Contrato temporal a través de ETT con posibilidad real de incorporación a la empresa.
• Jornadas laborales de 30h y 40h semanales.
• Salario de 11,90 € brutos/hora.
• Diferentes modalidades de jornada según necesidades del servicio.
• Posibilidad de ampliación de jornada durante la campaña de verano.
