• Design and lead the development of scalable backend services in Python in critical environments.
• Ensure code quality, efficiency, and security through development standards and best practices.
• Define and implement automated testing strategies, including unit tests and code coverage.
• Participate in defining robust and maintainable backend architectures.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration of systems and services.

🕒 Estimated time: We aim to keep it agile, around 1-2 weeks.

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Experience in developing artificial intelligence-based solutions.
• Experience with ORMs, unit testing, coverage tools, and automation.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and automated deployments.
• Proficiency in Git and teamwork in collaborative environments.
• Ability to lead backend architecture design.
• Experience in technical coordination with other developers.
• Minimum English level B2.
• Valuable knowledge of authentication and authorization.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Java.
• Experience in event-driven development with Kafka.
• Knowledge or experience in MLOps and artificial intelligence.
• Previous experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Analytical, proactive profile with technical vision, responsibility, and adaptability.

• Diseñar y liderar la construcción de servicios backend escalables en Python en entornos críticos.
• Garantizar la calidad, eficiencia y seguridad del código mediante estándares de desarrollo y buenas prácticas.
• Definir e implementar estrategias de testing automatizado, incluyendo pruebas unitarias y cobertura de código.
• Participar en la definición de arquitecturas backend robustas y mantenibles.
• Coordinarse con equipos técnicos para asegurar la correcta integración de sistemas y servicios.
