We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python) to take part in a strategic, long-term project with a clear technical and leadership component.

What you'll do

🔹 Design and lead the development of scalable backend services in Python
🔹 Define backend architectures with FastAPI, Flask or Django
🔹 Ensure code quality, efficiency and security
🔹 Define testing practices, unit tests and coverage
🔹 Take part in implementing CI/CD and automated deployments
🔹 Coordinate technically with other developers
🔹 Collaborate on authentication and authorization systems
🔹 Optimize data models and SQL queries
🔹 Work with event-driven architectures (Kafka)
🔹 Evaluate and incorporate new technologies, including MLOps and AI
🔹 Collaborate in Scrum or Kanban environments
