🕓 What is our selection process like?

• Profile review 🔍: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.
• First contact (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and resolve any doubts.
• Technical interview 🤝: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief psychological competency and English tests (if necessary).
