As part of our growth in the Defense sector, we are looking to incorporate a Chief Engineer to lead a strategic Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) program, playing a key role in technical direction, multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring system integrity throughout its entire life cycle.

What will you do?
· Lead the technical planning and coordination of all program phases, ensuring alignment between the different engineering disciplines and project objectives.
· Act as the primary technical reference for the program, ensuring proper decision-making regarding architecture, integration, and system performance.
· Coordinate and technically supervise suppliers and subcontractors, providing direction, support, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
· Plan and control project resources, including personnel, equipment, materials, and technical capabilities necessary for execution.
· Ensure the fulfillment of milestones, deliverables, and contractual commitments on time and with quality.
· Drive the implementation and improvement of engineering processes, methodologies, and tools, promoting best practices within the team.
· Ensure the technical integrity of the system throughout its life cycle, from the design and development phases to integration, validation, and final acceptance.
· Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, facilitating collaboration between systems, RF, software, hardware, and integration areas.
· Identify technical risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure efficient management of deviations and incidents.
· Participate in technical reviews with the client, defense agencies, and other stakeholders, representing the program in engineering matters.
· Supervise the generation, review, and control of technical documentation associated with the project.
· Contribute to the definition of integration, verification, and validation strategies for complex systems.
What are we looking for in you?

· More than 5 years of experience in complex systems engineering within the defense, security, aerospace sectors, or similar technological environments.
· Demonstrable experience leading engineering teams in multidisciplinary programs.
· Solid knowledge of systems engineering and the life cycle management of complex systems.
· Experience in RF technologies, sensors, communications, or electronic defense systems.
· Ability to coordinate suppliers, technological partners, and distributed teams.
· Experience in the integration, validation, and acceptance of complex systems.
· Knowledge of engineering methodologies, processes, and tools applied to large technological programs.
· Technical leadership, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
· High level of English to work in international environments.
· Availability for occasional national and international travel.
