About the role

We are looking for you to join our team as a Brand Activation Manager (f/m/x), in a full-time role based in Barcelona.

You're passionate about bringing sponsorship activations to life and making sure every brand opportunity is delivered seamlessly. Highly organized and detail-focused, you enjoy coordinating with sales, creative teams, suppliers, and onsite operations to turn sponsorship commitments into flawless event execution.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the Beyond Your Booth (BYB) sponsorship inventory, keeping records accurate, monitoring availability, and aligning updates with the Sales team

  • Coordinate artwork specifications, approvals, production timelines, and delivery for sponsorship products, including banners, wraps, floor decals, and other branding assets

  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and production partners to ensure sponsorship deliverables are produced and installed on time and to the required quality standards

  • Partner with the Sales, Sponsorship, and Branding & Signage teams to ensure all sold sponsorship assets are captured, tracked, and delivered as contracted

  • Oversee the onsite delivery and installation of sponsorship assets during build-up and live event days, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution

  • Prepare onsite documentation and installation schedules for sponsorship placements

  • Monitor project timelines, proactively identify risks, and provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, sponsorship operations, event management, exhibitions, or a similar operational role

  • Completed studies in event management, hospitality, exhibitions or a related field – or equivalent practical experience in a comparable role

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Asana or similar) is an advantage

  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and follow-up

  • Proactive, solutions-orientated and able to remain calm under pressure

  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and with external suppliers

  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus
