At Izertis, we are in the midst of a digital transformation and are looking to add a Senior Agile Coach to our team—someone with a strategic vision, a practical mindset, and a true passion for guiding organizations through continuous improvement processes and cultural evolution.

This role combines the direction of technological projects with the facilitation of agile practices across the entire organization, creating cross-functional impact and generating real value.

What will your day-to-day look like?

* Supporting project teams in the adoption and evolution of agile frameworks.
* Comprehensive management of the agile process: planning, refinement, tracking, impediments, and metrics.
* Identification, prioritization, and tracking of the project backlog together with the involved areas.
* Facilitation of sessions: planning, dailies, reviews, retrospectives, and value workshops.
* Design of dashboards and tracking of agile indicators (OKR, KPIs, flow).
* Training and coaching for key roles: Product Owners, Scrum Masters, management, and teams.
* Change management, awareness, and organizational communication regarding agility.
* Supporting the evolution of the Banco de España framework.
* Direct collaboration with Banco officials to drive agile maturity.

Required Certifications:

* Kanban Management Professional (KMP)
* SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC)
* SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE). Scaled Agile
* Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
* Scrum Master (at least PSM II)
* ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
* Certified Agile Leadership (at least CAL 2)
* PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
* ORSC
