Site visits and technical analysis of building installations; including data collection.
Preparation of reports and technical Due Diligence
Cost estimation
Study of tenders/proposals, and preparation of bids
Review and comparison of offers from suppliers and manufacturers
Preparation of measurements and budgets (architecture and installations)
Creation of construction schedules
Technical support for all projects/works in the department
Preparation of as-built documentation
Cost savings for the department, without losing quality, with agility in bid preparation
Handling of applicable regulations and collaboration in the management and processing of licenses
