The main purpose of the Medical Sales Representative position is to provide scientific and technical advice to our clients about our medications, with the aim of promoting their sale and awareness within the healthcare environment. Additionally, the role will be responsible for initiating, promoting, and maintaining activities that enable a better understanding of the Company's products, through the design, development, and execution of specific activities for that purpose (informative talks with medical specialists, attendance at congresses, participation in health promotion activities, etc.). To achieve the objectives of the position, it is important to note that both the study and training in pathology and product must be continuous.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities of the position:

  • Promotion of scientific information about Janssen medications within the healthcare environment with the aim of selling these products.

  • Identification of attendees, design, and organization of talks and symposia aimed at the medical community. The purpose of this practice is to provide an in-depth explanation of our products, as well as to gather useful scientific information from clinicians that can subsequently enable the implementation of action plans.

  • Analysis of the needs of the territory and the client portfolio, with the corresponding action plan if necessary.

  • Reporting and analysis of the sales situation in the assigned area through CRM tools (Vinci).

  • Management of the assigned budget.

  • Attendance at conferences related to the products and pathology of the Business Unit.

  • University degree (preferably in degrees related to Health Sciences).
  • No previous experience required for the position
  • Spanish level: native/bilingual
  • High level of English (conversation, writing, and reading)

€30,000.00 - €48,645.00
