Accounting Technician (High Level of French)

As an Accounting Technician, your main mission will be to carry out the accounting for the Iberia work centers, in accordance with the principles of reliability, accuracy and transparency set by the company, with the aim of complying with the accounting and tax regulations in force in Portugal and Spain.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

• The main functions of the position are focused on supplier accounting, customer accounting and bank reconciliations.
• Record the invoicing issued and received within your scope, ensuring correct allocation according to the General Accounting Plan, and respecting the analytical allocation established by the company, with the aim of ensuring the correct preparation of the operating account.
• Manage the monthly operating account for your scope, recording accounting entries and accruing expenses, to ensure the reliability and transparency of the account.
• Prepare and transmit the established monthly reports to the assigned stores, with the aim of keeping the stores informed at all times of their accounting status.
• Carry out the store financing process, controlling the correct allocation of turnover, margin, bank charges, as well as their deposit into the bank account.
• Review the order and quality of the accounting documents provided by KIABI employees to ensure compliance with validation standards.
• Provide service and resolve accounting issues for the assigned stores, with the aim of resolving any problems that arise.
• Perform bank reconciliations and control the cash of the assigned stores.
• Maintain a correct and proper filing of accounting documents to comply with current company and internal regulations.
• Support external and internal audits.

• Vocational training/Degree/Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or similar.
• High level of French; a level test will be administered.

Como Técnico/a Contable, tu principal misión será realizar la contabilidad de los centros de trabajo de Iberia, de acuerdo con los principios de fiabilidad, exactitud y transparencia marcados por la empresa, con el objetivo de respetar la normativa contable y fiscal vigente en Portugal y España.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS RESPONSABILIDADES?

• Las principales funciones del puesto están enfocadas a la contabilidad de proveedores, clientes y conciliaciones bancarias.
• Registrar la facturación emitida y recibida de su perímetro garantizando la correcta imputación, según el Plan General Contable, y respetando la imputación analítica establecida por la empresa, con el objetivo de asegurar la correcta elaboración de la cuenta de Explotación.
• Realizar la gestión de la cuenta de explotación mensual de su perímetro, registrando asientos contables y provisionando gastos, para garantizar la fiabilidad y transparencia de la cuenta.
• Realizar y transmitir los reportes mensuales establecidos a las tiendas asignadas con el objetivo de informar en todo momento a las tiendas de su estado contable.
• Realizar el proceso de financiación de las tiendas, realizando el control de la correcta imputación de cifra, margen, gastos bancarios, así como su ingreso en la cuenta bancaria.
• Revisar el orden y la calidad de los documentos contables facilitados por los empleados de KIABI para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de validación.
• Dar servicio y resolver incidencias en materia contable a las tiendas asignadas con el objetivo de solventar los problemas suscitados.
• Realizar las conciliaciones bancarias y el control de la caja de las tiendas asignadas.
• Realizar un correcto y adecuado archivo de los documentos contables para cumplir con la normativa vigente e interna de la empresa.
• Apoyar a auditorías externas e internas.
