• Remote work model 🏡. Option to work from the office, but always at the employee's choice.

• Flexible hours ⏰: flexible schedule with entry at 8:30 AM and exit at 6:00 PM, with intensive working hours on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and intensive working hours in summer (July and August) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

We are looking for an AI & Automation Architect with experience in enterprise automation and Generative AI to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that generate real impact in top-tier organizations.

You will be part of projects where AI is not a pilot, but a strategic tool to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.

Design, build, and deploy advanced automation solutions based on AI, intelligent agents, and scalable architectures.

You will work on initiatives that combine:

• Advanced automation of business processes.

• Multi-agent systems.

• MCP (Model Context Protocol) architectures.

• Integration of LLMs into business processes.

• Virtual assistants and intelligent workflows.

• Cloud platforms and on-premise environments.

• Diseñar automatizaciones end-to-end de alta complejidad.

• Definir arquitecturas resilientes y escalables.

• Implementar agentes de IA para casos de uso empresariales.

• Integrar múltiples sistemas corporativos y servicios cloud.

• Modelo de trabajo en remoto 🏡. Opción de ir a trabajar a oficinas pero siempre a elección del trabajador.

• Horario flexible ⏰: horario flexible entrada 8.30h salida 18h con viernes intensivo de 8h a 15h y en verano (julio y agosto) intensivo de 8h a 15h
