Technical Lead Java (Remote)

You will technically lead the Backend development team, ensuring good practices and code quality.

You will actively participate in development, maintaining a hands-on role in programming and code reviews.

You will participate in supervising the architecture based on microservices and hexagonal architecture.

You will collaborate on gathering requirements and defining technical solutions aligned with business needs.

You will supervise continuous integration and deployments in the cloud environment.

Work with us in a 100% remote model with a permanent contract.

26 days of rest (22 vacation days, 2 personal days, and December 24 and 31 as holidays by default).

Schedule: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible) Monday to Thursday, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with an intensive summer schedule in July and August from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Through this opportunity, you will take on the role of Technical Lead Java for one of our most important clients in the textile sector.

To be a match...

Proven experience developing in Java (latest versions), Spring, Spring Boot.

Experience in a technical lead role.

Experience working with hexagonal architecture and microservices.

Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc.

Valuable experience or knowledge in Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis.

Testing: JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers.

Experience with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana).

Accustomed to working with best practices: SOLID Principles, Clean Code...

Good level of English.

Experiencia contrastada desarrollando en Java (últimas versiones), Spring, springboot.

Experiencia asumiendo un rol de technical lead.
