* Preferably a Master degree in a Technology related field or Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience
* At least 10 years of experience in the domain of Purchasing & Master Data Management (MDM)
* At least 5 years of process and configuration experience in SAP S/4 HANA focused on the MM Module (including purchasing goods and services and master data management) - experience with Fiori and SAP BTP would be a plus
* Good understanding of ABAP
* ITIL certification is an asset
* Project Management skills to lead process change initiatives within SAP S/4HANA
* Experience in managing third party service delivery
* Previous experiences with Microsoft solutions in the field of Data and Analytics (Fabric, OneLake, Power BI)

* Good analytical and communication skills, ability to understand business problems and requirements and present solutions
* Independent, and hands-on working style, team player, self-motivated, proactive and improvement oriented
* Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple countries
* Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership
* Fluent in written and spoken English

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and related frameworks (ITIL).
• Proven experience in business analysis (requirements, user stories, UAT).
• Experience managing external vendors and SLAs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a global, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
