Main functions

Customer payment at checkout and returns

· This is a versatile profile that will be able to perform all tasks associated with the mission depending on their profile and the needs of the store at any given time, always proactively facilitating Customer autonomy, seeking maximum utility.

· Perform all tasks for customer payment at checkout, as well as those related to returns, order balances, partial deliveries, etc.

Customer accompaniment, welcome, and listening

· At Leroy Merlin, we believe in building teams of experts who provide confidence and security to the customer and advise them in searching for the solution and the product that meets all their needs.

Customer knowledge, loyalty, and Social Marketing

· Foster high-quality relationships with customers either directly or through social channels (Community, Social Networks, or Google MyBusiness).

Payment services, financing, and after-sales services

· You will learn about and promote all the complementary services offered in the store.
