Assistant Site Manager (Temporary)

• Participate in the bidding process for construction projects and the awarding of construction contracts, in coordination with the Expansion and Real Estate Manager and the Technical Manager
• Supervise the execution of construction works in accordance with the structural specifications
• Manage equipment orders (refrigerators, alarm systems, etc.) and arrange for the activation of relevant services (water, electricity, gas, etc.)
• Receive the completed works and prepare the handover acceptance report in collaboration with the Expansion and Real Estate Manager
• Coordinate and provide instructions and training on technical equipment, carry out the handover of keys, and explain maintenance contracts
• Provide support in the execution of store renovations driven by the Sales department
• Verify received invoices

• Intermediate vocational training or equivalent
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Will be valued

• Technical studies (architecture, technical architecture, and engineering)
• Knowledge of urban planning regulations
• Intermediate to advanced level of spoken and written English and/or German
• Organizational skills, dynamism, proactivity

• Participar en el proceso de licitación de obras y adjudicación de proyectos de construcción en coordinación con el/la Gerente de Expansión e Inmuebles y Jefe/a Técnico
• Supervisar la ejecución de obras conforme a la memoria constructiva
• Gestionar los pedidos de equipamientos (neveras, sistema de alarmas…) y dar de alta los servicios pertinentes (agua, luz, gas…)
• Recepcionar la obra y confeccionar el acta de recepción en colaboración con el/la Gerente de Expansión e Inmuebles
• Coordinar e impartir instrucciones y formación sobre equipamiento técnico, efectuar la entrega de llaves y explicar los contratos de mantenimiento
• Dar apoyo en la ejecución de las reformas de tienda impulsadas por Ventas
• Verificar facturas recibidas

• Formación Profesional de Grado Medio o equivalente
• Nivel medio paquete Office (especialmente Excel)

Se valorará

• Estudios técnicos (arquitectura, arquitectura técnica e ingeniería)
• Conocimientos urbanísticos
• Nivel medio/alto inglés hablado y escrito y/o alemán
• Capacidad de organización, dinamismo, proactividad
