Assistant Store Manager - Opening at Lleida Promenade

We are looking for a new Assistant Store Manager for our upcoming opening located at the Promenade Shopping Center.

• Drive sales and motivate your team to achieve commercial targets.

• Communicate and oversee the desired standards of service quality and brand image.

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

• Manage the product.

• Oversee Visual Merchandising.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or currently holding an ASM position.

We offer a permanent contract with 40 hours per week, rotating shifts, and two days off.

Buscamos un/a nuevo/a Assistant Store Manager para nuestra próxima apertura ubicada en el Centro Comercial Promenade

• Impulsar la venta y motivar a tu equipo para superar los objetivos comerciales.

• Transmitir y supervisar los estándares de calidad de servicio e imagen deseados.

• Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la tienda

• Gestionar el producto.

• Supervisar el Visual Merchandising.

• Experiencia mínima 1 año como FM en tienda o tener actualmente una posición de ASM.
