The role

We are looking for a FLOOR MANAGER for the MANGO IBIZA store in Creu MAN. We offer a permanent contract for 40h, a 5/2 schedule and rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday in summer and from Monday to Saturday in winter.

What you'll do

Manage the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.
Supervise inventory, sales promotion, and the maintenance of the store's appearance.
Implement commercialization, financial administration, and supervision of sales staff at a store level.
Provide instructions for the co-management of the store and department management.
Ensure the execution of all organizational policies to achieve projected sales and store profit objectives.
