The selected person will be key to driving the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) tools within the department, collaborating with the general Mango AI team and offering continuous support to the rest of the design team. Additionally, they will be responsible for the development of allover prints for our Kids Girl and Baby Girl lines, managing the entire process from design to the creation of the repeat for suppliers.

- You will implement and promote the use of AI tools in the design department, in collaboration with the general Mango AI team.

- You will develop allover prints for the Kids Girl and Baby Girl lines, ensuring quality and creativity in every design.

- You will generate and adjust print repeats for submission to suppliers.

- You will provide support to flat and circular designers in the development of collections.

- You will collaborate with the creative direction for the preparation of seasonal trendbooks using AI tools.

- Constant search for current trends to effectively adapt them to the target audience and the Mango Kids DNA.

- Previous experience of at least 3 years in graphic design or illustration, with a preference for the fashion sector.

- Advanced level of English.

- Ability to work with AI tools applied to design.

- Advanced knowledge in textile printing, especially in the creation of allover prints and repeat management.

- Ability to capture trends quickly and adapt them to the business and the Mango Kids target.

- Dynamic, creative attitude and openness to learning and evolving with new technologies.

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different areas.

- Effective communication skills and adaptation to changing environments.
