• Ser responsable de la imagen de la tienda en todo momento, asegurando que sea atractiva y comercial.

• Aplicar los estándares y directrices de visual merchandising.

• Realizar cambios en la tienda de manera rápida y ordenada.

• Optimizar el espacio de venta mediante el uso correcto de herramientas para analizar y calcular la rentabilidad.

• Estar al tanto de las cifras de ventas y los indicadores de rendimiento para tomar medidas basadas en el producto.

• Adaptarse y reaccionar a los resultados de ventas, encontrando soluciones para hacer la tienda más comercial.

• Conocer el perfil del cliente, el potencial del producto y las estrategias comerciales de los competidores.

• Garantizar el reabastecimiento y los pedidos adicionales para que la tienda tenga el producto adecuado.

• Comunicarse con el equipo sobre nuevos productos y cambios de merchandising, y hacer sugerencias respecto a prendas agotadas.

• Informar continuamente al equipo de gestión y apoyarlos en las tareas específicas de gestión de la tienda.

• To communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments.

• To continuously report to the management team and support them in specific managerial store duties.
