Participation in the company's strategy in the field of Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization (refrigeration, heating, steam, climate systems).
Evaluation of project opportunities based on their technical and economic feasibility.
Development of technical solutions in coordination with the Operations Department.
Preparation of technical-economic proposals aligned with project requirements.
Support in the preparation of business cases with the finance department.
Collaboration in contract definition with internal stakeholders (legal, operations).
Participation in industry events and technical forums.

Profile:

Engineer or technical academic background
At least 4-5 years of experience in industrial services companies (energy services companies, engineering firms, energy auditing companies, installation companies, equipment manufacturers, etc.)
Strong knowledge of decarbonization and energy efficiency, including key measures across energy vectors (refrigeration, heating, steam, climate systems)
Experience analysing technical solutions and project feasibility
Proactive and autonomous profile with strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical, financial, legal)
High level of English
