Rolling Mill Shift Supervisor (M/F/X)

At Manpower Engineering, we are collaborating with an industrial company located in the Ferrol area in the search for a Production Engineer who, after a training process, will take over the management of one of the manufacturing shifts.

What will you do?

After an initial training phase to get to know the processes and the environment:

• You will lead a team of about 12 people, managing a full production shift.

• You will report directly to the section head and plant management.

• You will actively participate in continuous improvement, ensuring process efficiency and the fulfillment of quality, safety, and production objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial environments, leading teams.

• Availability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).

• Intermediate English and user-level computer skills.

• Residency in Galicia or strong ties to the region.
