What you'll do

  • You will participate in the analysis of data related to the Organization and Compensation area, supporting internal and external reporting.

  • You will collaborate in the process of Mapfre's organizational structure and participate in the process of workforce analysis, with a special focus on its professional evolution, through the use of metrics, historical data and analysis models.
  • You will support workforce optimization projects and the management of the company's structure dynamization.
  • You will provide support in the use of personnel management tools globally, according to the requirements that arise.
  • You will collaborate in the design, implementation and monitoring of the global compensation policy and follow up on trends and regulatory changes in compensation matters.

What we're looking for

  • Academic background: Final-year students of Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering or similar (we value if you are pursuing a master's degree oriented towards Human Resources or a specialization in Data Analysis).
  • Languages: English B2 level.
  • Proficiency in specific applications and programs: Advanced level in the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Knowledge of Power BI is valued positively.
  • Required competencies/skills: We are looking for a person with commitment, communication, orientation towards order and quality, teamwork, initiative, perseverance, achievement orientation and willingness to learn. Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

How you'll work

👉 Scholarship Features: 

  • Mode: On-site 
  • Location: Majadahonda 
  • Duration: Minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extending the period for 6 more months. 
  • Study Allowance: €700 gross per month 
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 
  • Start Date: September
