About the position:
We are looking for a Purchasing and Import Administrator to join the Administration department, managing national and international purchasing processes, imports, and administrative support linked to OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) and the coordination of business activities.
Main functions:
-Comprehensive management of the purchasing cycle: request for quotes, orders, tracking, reception, and incidents.
-Negotiation of conditions with national and international suppliers.
-Management of imports, especially from Asia and intra-community purchases.
-Coordination with freight forwarders, customs agencies, and carriers.
-Preparation and review of international trade documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, SAD/DUA, Incoterms, among others).
